Hard at work! Nhlanhla, Mzwandile, and myself

left to right: Sibusiso, Witness, and Pastor S (that's the name he prefers : )

Proudly posing with one of the completed blankets

My friend Auguste was ready to start dancing!

Everyone needs to take a turn sharing their moves!
More dancing....worth watching
After completing six blankets, the youth decided they want to give them to the family we are building a home for in the community Dwaleni. The oldest member of this family is 18 years. I'm very excited about seeing the youth bless, pray with, & encourage this family in their own language next week! Stay tuned for more pictures and stories!
A few months ago our friend Marisa Groff also put this video together. It shows our previous sewing party and trip to see the Kunene family in Swaziland.

How wonderful!!
ReplyDeleteTruely inspiring, wonderful to see - thank you for sharing. God Bless.
ReplyDeleteSo happy to be knitting for you all! God bless you all for what you are doing!
ReplyDeleteGreat to see hope and love being assembled and given. A family of 6 with the oldest being 18, that tells a story right there. So glad they're getting a house, that's awesome!
